Writing a self-help book.
After earning a BA in psychology, Nikki began seeing things more clearly about herself and negative thoughts. She became passionate about the human brain and delved into years of research.
This journey of self-discovery and learning culminated in Nikki’s debut self-help book, co-written with her mom, Anne.
Note: All information in “Nikki’s Story and Mom’s Story” are based on detail journals covering seven years of Nikki’s life on prescription drugs.
